Starter Background Changer replaces the wallpaper with your desired image immediately, without making you restart your computer. It supports PNG, JPG and BMP image formats. You can choose the alignment of the image from Centre, Mosaic, Stretch, Filling or Normal options. The program works unobtrusively, with no taskbar icon. Starter Background Changer adds a new "Personalize" option to your right-click menu when on the desktop, meaning that new wallpaper is just a couple of clicks away.
